Most of our year is spent keeping dairies, anaerobic digesters, and process plants running. That is a harder environment than any office, and it changes how we approach a commercial building.
Motor loads are the job, not the exception
HVAC, compressors, pumps, conveyors, car-wash and kitchen equipment. We size, protect, and wire them the way a plant would, so the breaker that trips every August does not.
We plan around your open hours
Production facilities do not shut down for convenience and neither does a business. Cut-overs get staged, material arrives before the outage, and the lights come back on when we said they would.
Closeout you can actually use
As-builts, panel schedules, and inspection records land in your inbox at the end of the job. The next contractor, or the fire marshal, will thank you.

Small shop by design. The master electrician who walks the building and writes the number is the one who runs the work.

How a project goes
- Walkthrough. We look at the existing service, the panel, and what you are adding before anything gets priced.
- Straight quote. Scope, exclusions, and lead times in plain language. What is quoted is what gets built.
- Permit and schedule. We pull the permit and build the schedule around your hours, not ours.
- Install and inspect. Rough-in, trim, and inspections, with the site left clean every day.
- Closeout. As-builts, panel schedules, and inspection records delivered. Then we are a phone call away.

Are you a licensed commercial electrical contractor in Colorado?
Yes. Vili Power Solutions LLC holds Colorado Electrical Contractor license EC.0103898, and the work is run by a Colorado Master Electrician (ME.3001588). Both can be verified at dpo.colorado.gov. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation and will send certificates on request.
What size of commercial project do you take on?
From a single service upgrade or lighting retrofit to a ground-up build-out. We are a small shop on purpose, so the person who quotes the job is the person who runs it. If a project is bigger than we should take, we will tell you that on the first call.
Do you pull permits and handle inspections?
Always. Permitting, inspection scheduling, and closeout documentation are part of every job. You get as-builts and updated panel schedules when we leave, not a promise to send them.
What parts of Northern Colorado do you cover?
We are based in Milliken and work throughout Weld, Larimer, Boulder, and Morgan counties: Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Longmont, Johnstown, Evans, Eaton, Platteville, Fort Lupton, Berthoud, Brighton, and Fort Morgan among others. Planned industrial work can take us farther.
